we close it between drops on purpose.. the rhythm matters more than always being open. when it's closed, we point you to go outside — that's the whole point.
true to size for most people. the short sleeves are comfort colors (garment-dyed, soft, slightly relaxed). the long sleeves and hoodies run regular fit.
if you're between sizes, size up — these shirts wear in, they don't wear down.
cold water, inside-out. tumble dry low or hang dry. they're garment-dyed cotton so they'll get softer with every wash.. don't bleach them.

yes, but rates and timing vary by country. duties and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility — we don't have a way to prepay those.
unworn, unwashed, with tags — 14 days from delivery. we'll handle a size exchange if we have inventory; otherwise it's a refund.
limited drops can't be re-stocked, so exchanges on those are size-only when we have it. reach out on the contact page and we'll work it out.
no.. when a drop closes, it's done. that's what makes it a drop. we'd rather move on to the next one than re-run the last one.
