For domestic orders, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped and 7-12 business days for international orders. Orders are only shipped during our business hours; Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm CST. Please view the "Shipping Info" tab on the product page for further shipping information on specific items. Shipping may differ on National Holidays. 

If the order has been marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days to see if the package gets delivered. Occasionally, packages can be marked as delivered prematurely. After this time, please contact us for further assistance. 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. International orders are shipped via GlobalPost. 

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed. When the label for your order has been created we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking number for your package and your order will be shipped shortly after.

Yes, we do ship internationally! Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see if we ship to your location and to view the shipping rates. We don't allow any returns or exchanges on international orders so we highly encourage you to take your time when selecting your items.
