First, your website was down for two weeks, so I was late for my daughter's birthday before I could place the order. Next, I ordered the shirt on Aug 21st (+/-) and I STILL have not received it. I'm not sure why I place a second order, but am hoping the second order arrives before Christmas.... Will it??

Well I was missing an item they said it would be sent out. It never was and I have emailed with no response. At this point I am going to the bank to dispute the charge. Send the item or refund my payment. My daughter, my best friend and myself have spent a lot of $$ supporting this company and I am very disappointed.
