Domestic (United States) Returns:

Refunds will not include the shipping fees.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was placed, unless otherwise noted in a disclaimer for specific items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition - not worn, washed, or damaged. Items received worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Limited edition items and Misprint Bundles are not eligible for return or exchange. International Returns:

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot process any returns or exchanges for products shipped outside of the United States. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us for assistance at support@naturebacks.com

 

What is the return/exchange process?

Once we receive your package, please allow 1-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your return or exchange has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to post to your account, as it depends on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for international orders. Any discount codes or reward codes used on your return order is not transferable to another order.
