I loved my first experience with my order from this company, but this order experience has been unsatisfactory. My first experience, my order shipped out the same day, and I got my order within 4 days. This time my order took 3 weeks to ship, and I reached out to the support email twice for an update on my order since it was taking so long, and text the phone number provided on their website, with absolutely no response back. I work in customer service, and customer satisfaction should be the number one priority. After this experience, I am unsure if I will make another purchase again. Maybe after getting a 1 star review, they will then decide to reach out to me.
